Sales & Order Policy

  • All cookie sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns once an order has been placed.

  • Once an order has been shipped, Sweet Moon is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier. For shipping inquiries, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

  • Ownership and responsibility for the condition of your order transfers to the customer once the package leaves our possession.

Production & Shipping

  • All cookies are baked fresh to order.

  • Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days using the shipping option selected at checkout.

Allergens & Food Safety

  • Our cookies are prepared in a kitchen that uses shared equipment. Ingredients may include or come into contact with: dairy, wheat, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, and gluten-containing products.

  • While we take care in cleaning and handling, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.

  • By purchasing, you accept the risk of potential allergen exposure and agree to notify any guests consuming our products of these risks.

Acceptance of Terms

  • Orders placed through our website, by email, or over the phone serve as agreement to these Terms & Conditions. No additional signed contract is required.

  • By completing a purchase, you agree to release Sweet Moon from any liability related to allergic reactions, illnesses, or injuries resulting from consumption of our products.

  • Customers are encouraged to disclose allergies when ordering; however, disclosure does not alter the disclaimers stated above.

Photography & Marketing

  • We may photograph our baked goods and reserve the right to use such photos for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes without compensation.

  • You are welcome to share your own images of Sweet Moon cookies online and for personal or promotional use.
